a The Consultant will review the project comment on the potential impacts of these plans activities on the existing resources affected by this project. Where appropriate, the Consultant will discuss alternative methods for achieving development goals in an environmentally sensitive manner. The Client will be responsible for selecting the final construction methods. We will review the geotechnical studies conducted to date and comment on the conclusions and recommendations presented . We will also review the proposed grading plans relative to geotechnical issues . We will not supplant your present geotechnical consultant or provide alternative, contradictory recommendations . Instead, we may highlight areas where their recommendations may need modification of clarification. If any proposed activity appears to have unmitigatable impacts or irretrievable resource losses, the Client will be notified as soon as is practicable. TASK 4 : Report preparation a d Submittal All of the finding of Tasks 1 and 2 will be documented in a written report prepared jointly by GeoEngineers, Inc. and Watershed Dynamics. All field data will be included in the report as appendices , Recommendations regarding construction techniques or alternative approaches to development will be prepared in two sections. Watershed Dynamics will be responsible for the issues and opportunities related to fisheries , wildlife, wetlands, and vegetative communities, GeoEngineers, Inc, will be responsible for all areas related to geology, geotechnical engineering, and hydrology. A draft of the report will be prepared and submitted to Dally Homes, Inc. (and others as directed by the Client) for review and comment. Following the review and comment, the Consultant will prepare a final document . The proposed budget for this project is as follows : 'ASK 1 Personnel : Larry D.
