a <br /> The Consultant will review the project <br /> comment on the potential impacts of these plans activities on <br /> the existing resources affected by this project. Where <br /> appropriate, the Consultant will discuss alternative <br /> methods for achieving development goals in an <br /> environmentally sensitive manner. The Client will be <br /> responsible for selecting the final construction <br /> methods. <br /> We will review the geotechnical studies conducted to <br /> date and comment on the conclusions and recommendations <br /> presented . We will also review the proposed grading <br /> plans relative to geotechnical issues . We will not <br /> supplant your present geotechnical consultant or <br /> provide alternative, contradictory recommendations . <br /> Instead, we may highlight areas where their <br /> recommendations may need modification of clarification. <br /> If any proposed activity appears to have unmitigatable <br /> impacts or irretrievable resource losses, the Client <br /> will be notified as soon as is practicable. <br /> TASK 4 : Report preparation a d Submittal <br /> All of the finding of Tasks 1 and 2 will be documented <br /> in a written report prepared jointly by GeoEngineers, <br /> Inc. and Watershed Dynamics. All field data will be <br /> included in the report as appendices , Recommendations <br /> regarding construction techniques or alternative <br /> approaches to development will be prepared in two <br /> sections. Watershed Dynamics will be responsible for <br /> the issues and opportunities related to fisheries , <br /> wildlife, wetlands, and vegetative communities, <br /> GeoEngineers, Inc, will be responsible for all areas <br /> related to geology, geotechnical engineering, and <br /> hydrology. <br /> A draft of the report will be prepared and submitted to <br /> Dally Homes, Inc. (and others as directed by the <br /> Client) for review and comment. Following the review <br /> and comment, the Consultant will prepare a final <br /> document . <br /> The proposed budget for this project is as follows : <br /> 'ASK 1 <br /> Personnel : Larry D.
