,O . •;O EgT ANALYSIS <br /> Proposed Tasks and Budget <br /> This is an outline of the project approach proposed by watershed <br /> Dynamics and GeoEngineers, Inc. for reviewing the Daily Homes <br /> Residential Development located off Federal Street in Everett, <br /> Washington. The proposed tasks are as follows : <br /> TASK 1 : Specific Sco e Development <br /> Meeting with parties interested in the Dally Homes, <br /> Inc. development. This would include, but not be <br /> limited to, the developer and his staff, the <br /> individuals appealing the DNS issued by the City of <br /> Everett, and the local and State resource management <br /> agencies. This would be done to insure that the <br /> Consultant has all of the issues and concerns clearly <br /> define prior to field investigations and to insure that <br /> all available data is in the consultants possession <br /> prior to initiating any field work. <br /> TASK 2 : Project Reconnaissance (Data Acauisition , <br /> Subtask A: Field review of site to assess stream <br /> channels, potential wetlands, fish and <br /> wildlife habitat/uses, existing vegetative <br /> community (including condition) , and geologic <br /> conditions on and in close proximity to the <br /> site. This subtask would include an <br /> assessment of fish habitat in Pigeon Creek <br /> No. 1 downstream (1500 - 2500 feet) of the <br /> tributaries draining the project site. <br /> 5ubtask s: Delineation of critical areas (i . e. <br /> wetlands, areas of potential mass wasting, or <br /> others) within and immediately adjacent to <br /> the project area will occur during the field <br /> review. These areas will be defined on site <br /> plans and flagged on the ground for reference <br /> during the construction period. These areas <br /> may impose limits to clearing and grubbing . <br /> TASK 2 : Analysis of PrQ ect mpleme- tation <br /> During this task, the Consultant compares the proposed <br /> land use activities with the existing conditions in the <br /> project area . The Consultant will confer with the <br /> Client and the site development engineer to determine <br /> the proposed construction techniques , erosion control <br /> methods, and stormwater management systems planned for <br /> this site development . <br /> A <br /> EXHIBIT A <br />
