The City Clerk is authorized and directed to <br /> 4 <br /> give notice of the adoption of this resolution and of the date, <br /> 5 <br /> time and place fixed for the public hearing to each owner or <br /> 6 <br /> reputed owner of any lot, tract, parcel of land or other <br /> 7 <br /> property within the proposed local improvement district by <br /> 8 <br /> mailing such notice at least fifteen days before the date fixed <br /> 9 <br /> for public hearing to the owner or reputed owner of the property <br /> 10 <br /> as shown on the tax rolls of the Snohomish County Assessor at <br /> 11 <br /> the address shown thereon, as required by law. The City Clerk <br /> 12 <br /> also is authorized and directed to give notice of the adoption <br /> 13 <br /> of this resolution and of the date, time and place fixed for the <br /> 14 <br /> public hearing to each owner or reputed owner of any lot, tract, <br /> 15 <br /> parcel of land or other property outside of the proposed local <br /> 16 <br /> improvement district that is required by the Federal Housing <br /> 17 <br /> Administration as a condition of loan qualification to be <br /> 18 <br /> connected to the proposed improvements, by mailing such notice <br /> 19 <br /> at least fifteen days before the date fixed for the public <br /> 20 <br /> hearing to the owner or reputed owner of the property as shown <br /> 21 <br /> on the tax rolls of the Snohomish County Assessor at the address <br /> 22 <br /> shown thereon, as required by law. The City Clerk is directed <br /> 23 <br /> to keep on file and make available for public perusal a list of <br /> 24 <br /> the owners or reputed owners receiving either notice . <br /> 25 <br /> -3- <br />
