(exhibit <br /> 22) <br /> 9. The subject property is flat with minor slope deviations in the steeper <br /> slopes. Near the lake and the wetlands there is approximately a 3% <br /> grade. (Ervine testimony) <br /> 10. As depicted in the attached revised site plan, the Applicant's intent <br /> is to develop the site with 188 units. These units will consist of <br /> four different sizes of apartments. <br /> Apartment type "A" will be 666 square feet and developed near the <br /> western portion of the site. There will be 46 apartment type "A" <br /> units. <br /> Apartment type "B" will be 887 square feet and located near the western <br /> portion of the site. There will be 46 apartment type "B" units. <br /> Apartment type "C" will be 922 square feet and located in the eastern <br /> portion of the site. There will be 48 apartment type "C" units. <br /> Apartment type "D" will be 1,011 square feet and located in the eastern <br /> portion of the site. The properties north and northwest of the subject property are zoned <br /> R-1; the properties southwest of the subject property are zoned B-2-B <br /> and the properties southeast of the subject property are zoned P-1. <br /> The property east of the subject property is in unincorporated <br /> Snohomish County and has a Suburban zoning designation with one to four <br /> dwelling units per acre.
