Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the Everett Hearing <br /> Examiner, the following submitted requests for reconsideration: <br /> 1. Brad Cattle <br /> 2. Silver Lake Action Committee <br /> 3. Jeanine Oudeans <br /> 4. Dorthy Vandeventer <br /> 5. David Bartle <br /> 6. Alexander Kaminski <br /> 7. Everett School District <br /> Because of the complexity of the Motions for Reconsideration, the hearing was <br /> reconvened in order to supplement the record on issues regarding the school <br /> bus stop on the internal road of the proposed development (Condition #25) and <br /> the computation of acreage and density in the proposed project.
