000005, IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF BAY RIDGE DEVELOPMENT FOR APPROVAL OF A SHORELINE SUBSTANTIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT • SMA 7-88 ORDER REGARDING MOTIONS FOR RECONSIDERATION On April 18, 1989, the Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett issued approval of a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit for the above captioned application. Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure of the Everett Hearing Examiner, the following submitted requests for reconsideration: 1. Brad Cattle 2. Silver Lake Action Committee 3. Jeanine Oudeans 4. Dorthy Vandeventer 5. David Bartle 6. Alexander Kaminski 7. Everett School District Because of the complexity of the Motions for Reconsideration, the hearing was reconvened in order to supplement the record on issues regarding the school bus stop on the internal road of the proposed development (Condition #25) and the computation of acreage and density in the proposed project.
