September 2, 2015 <br />RESOLUTION - PAYROLL <br />To adopt Resolution No. 6890 acknowledging payment of audited <br />and approved payroll claims against the city of Everett in the amount <br />of $3,668,836.20 for the period ending August 8, 2015. <br />BID CALL — WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT "P" PROJECT <br />To authorize a call for bids for the construction of the Water Main <br />Replacement "P" Project. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br />Motion carried. <br />PUBLIC HEARING — COUNCIL BILL NO. 1508-21 <br />Council President Bader opened a public hearing regarding Council Bill <br />No. 1508-21, a proposed ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2600-02, <br />the Shoreline Master Program, as amended and amending the Everett <br />Comprehensive Plan Text, amending Ordinance No. 2021-94 <br />(Comprehensive Plan), as amended and amending Ordinance No 1671- <br />89 (Title 19 EMC), as amended, related to location of Residential Uses at <br />Waterfront Place Central. <br />Council Member Tuohy asked the Port of Everett has a warning system in <br />their disaster plan. <br />Terrie Battuello, Chief of Business Development, Port of Everett, stated <br />that she doesn't have an answer to this question, but the Port of Everett <br />director of security can give a full briefing to the Council related to that <br />question. <br />Council President Bader invited public to comment. <br />Mike Palmer, Everett, expressed concerns regarding height restriction <br />adjustments to the Everett Comprehensive Plan. <br />264 <br />
