1 CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> 2 RESOLUTION NO. c'J'14 <br /> 3 <br /> A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of <br /> 4 Everett, Washington, declaring its intention to order <br /> the installation of a sanitary sewer system in the <br /> 5 3rd Avenue S .E. area of the City and to create a <br /> local improvement district to assess the cost and <br /> 6 expense of carrying out such improvements against the <br /> properties specially benefited thereby; notifying all <br /> 7 persons who desire to object to the improvements to <br /> appear and present their objections at a hearing <br /> 8 before the City Council to be held on April 26 , 1989 ; <br /> and repealing Resolution No . 3090 . <br /> 9 <br /> 10 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT, <br /> 11 WASHINGTON, as follows : <br /> 12 Section 1 . It is the intention of the City Council of the <br /> 13 City of Everett, Washington (the "City" ) , based on a property <br /> 14 owners ' petition therefor , to order the improvement of the <br /> 15 properties within the area described in Exhibit A, attached <br /> 16 hereto and by this reference made a part hereof , by the <br /> 17 construction and installation of a sanitary sewer system <br /> 18 described in Exhibit B, attached hereto and by this reference <br /> 19 made a part hereof . <br /> 20 All of the foregoing improvements shall be in accordance <br /> 21 with the plans and specifications therefor prepared by the City <br /> 22 Engineer and may be modified by the City as long as such <br /> 23 modification does not affect the purpose of the improvement . <br /> 24 Section 2 . The total estimated cost and expense of the <br /> 25 improvements is declared to be $375, 000 , approximately 50 <br />
