r <br /> RESOLUTION NO. j(q <br /> Shoreline Substantial Development Permit <br /> SMA #1-89 <br /> Langus Riverfront Park Fill <br /> WHEREAS, application was made on January 16, 1989, by the City of <br /> Everett Parks Department for a Shoreline Development Permit; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning Commission on <br /> March 7, 1989; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made findings, conclusions, and a <br /> recommendation which is hereby attached. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Everett City Council hereby <br /> adopts said recommendation and GRANTS THE SHORELINE PERMIT, SMA #1-89 with <br /> the addition of Condition No. 14 as follows: <br /> 14.
