PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The site is located in the Everett Mall, in Everett, Washington. The site is part of existing parking area
for the entire mall. As existing almost the entire site is impervious, with asphalt taking up the majority
of the existing site for this location.
The proposed construction will consist of a 7,660 square foot, single-story restaurant, there is an
additional 236 square feet of roof that covers the trash enclosure area. A portion of the existing parking
lot will remain as designed previously, with the modifications being made only to adhere to current ADA
standards.
SITE ASSESSMENT
The site slopes gradually to the south.
The current method of collecting storm water in our area of the project is overland to catch basins to
the south of the project.
SITE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
The project is designed to collect the roof drainage and splash block it onto the new landscape that is
designed adjacent to the building runoff. The existing parking lot that will remain will continue to drain
as it currently does.
Within the project area,a portion of the existing asphalt will be converted into landscape, because of
this the actual runoff from the area will be reduced post the new construction. The projected decrease
is due to the fact that the proposed project incorporates a lot more landscaping than the existing
project.
CONSTRUCTION STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION PLAN
A construction SWPPP has been prepared for this project
SOURCE CONTROL PLAN
A source control plan is part of the erosion control plan that is a part of the construction documents.
aS (j(
