1 Exhibit A, attached hereto and by this reference made a part <br /> 2 hereof , by the construction and installation of the street <br /> 3 system, water system and sanitary sewer system improvements in <br /> 4 the vicinity of 16th Avenue S .E . described in Exhibit B, <br /> 5 attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof . <br /> 6 All of the foregoing improvements shall be in accordance <br /> 7 with the plans and specifications therefor prepared by the City <br /> 8 Engineer and may be modified by the City as long as such <br /> 9 modification does not affect the purpose of the improvement . <br /> 10 Section 2 . The total estimated cost and expense of the <br /> 11 improvements is declared to be $2 , 025 , 000, approximately <br /> 12 $150, 000 of which has already been spent for design purposes <br /> 13 pursuant to Ordinance No . 1347-87, and the entire cost and <br /> 14 expense of such improvements shall be borne by and assessed <br /> 15 against the property specially benefited by such improvements to <br /> 16 be included in reformed LID No . 727 to be established embracing <br /> 17 as nearly as practicable all the property specially benefited by <br /> 18 the improvements . <br /> 19 Section 3 . All persons who may desire to object to the <br /> 20 improvements described herein are notified to appear and present <br /> 21 such objections at a hearing before the City Council to be held <br /> 22 in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in Everett , Washington, <br /> 23 at 8 : 30 a .m. on December 28 , 1988 , which time and place are <br /> 24 fixed for hearing all matters relating to the proposed <br /> 25 improvements and all objections thereto and for determining the <br /> - 2- <br />
