September 30, 2015 <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Bader who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />AGREEMENT — IN-SERVICE TRAINING SESSIONS <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br />Stonecipher, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Intergovernmental <br />Agreement regarding In -Service Training Sessions for Everett Police <br />Department sworn personnel in the amount of $1600.00. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Bader who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />AGREEMENT — MOTOR VEHICLE DIVISION'S WARRANTY <br />RECOVERY PROGRAM <br />Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br />Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign the FCA (Fiat -Chrysler) US LLC <br />Authorized Fleet Service Agreement to continue Motor Vehicle <br />Division's warranty recovery program at no cost to the City. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Bader who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />300 <br />
