September 30, 2015 <br />AGREEMENT AMENDED — ALLEN-BUICK PROPERTY <br />Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br />Member Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to <br />the Professional Services Agreement with Associated Earth <br />Sciences, Inc. concerning the Allen -Buick property in the amount of <br />$21,570.00. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Bader who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />APPLICATION — STOP VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AWARD <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br />Stonecipher, to authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents <br />with Washington State Department of Commerce regarding <br />application, utilization and acceptance of the $32,170.00 Federal <br />Fiscal Year 2015 STOP Violence Against Women award. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Bader who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />AGREEMENT — PURCHASE K-9 OFFICER KIRA <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br />Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement with Matthew <br />Mekelberg to purchase K-9 Officer Kira in the amount of $10.00. <br />011061 <br />
