Size: Approximately 1 acre Project: Placement of buried fiber optic cable in existing road and rail right-of-ways from Seattle to Spokane, Washington. The portion within the City of Everett will be located in the Burlington Northern right-of-way from where it crosses the City limits southeast of Lowell to Lenora Street and west along the Lowell River Road in the City right-of-way from the intersection of the east City limits and Lowell River Road to Lenora Street, then west on Lenora Street to S. Second Street, then north to a telecommuncation facility located 60 feet south of Main Street east of S. Second Street in the Lowell neighborhood.
