NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> The Everett City Council concurs with the Everett Planning Commission <br /> recommendation and hereby approves the following changes in the land use <br /> designation for the property located generally south of the Plat of <br /> Kenilworth Hills No. 1 and west of Powder Mill Gulch as described in Exhibit <br /> No. 1 and are generally shown on the map in Exhibit No. 2 which are both <br /> incorporated herein by reference: <br /> 1. Approval of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to Office and <br /> Industrial Park District for that portion of the one hundred <br /> five (105) acres of the Sigma Development, Inc. property <br /> located west of Powder Mill Gulch. Those portions of the Sigma <br /> Development, Inc. property within Powder Mill Gulch are to be <br /> designated Environmentally Sensitive in the City of Everett <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 2. Approval of a one hundred fifty (150) foot buffer between the <br /> existing residential neighborhood to the north and the Office <br /> and Industrial Park area. <br /> 3. Approval of a limitation in that area within one thousand <br /> (1000) feet of the residentially designated area to the north <br /> to uses typically found in a business park. <br /> 4.
