APPENDIX "A" <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> PROJECT TITLE: Review and update of the City of Everett Shoreline <br /> Master Program to include the entire Silver Lake <br /> Shoreline. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> With the recent annexation of the entire shoreline of Silver Lake, <br /> the City of Everett will now incorporate this shoreline into its <br /> Shoreline Master Program through the amendment process. The tasks <br /> to be undertaken in conjunction with the master program include <br /> the following: <br /> Task I: Preparation of background data and information: <br /> A. Review drainage patterns, sewage disposal, erosion, <br /> soils and land uses on the islands, developing a de- <br /> scription of conditions; <br /> B. Prepare shoreline maps to include environmentally <br /> sensitive areas and associated wetlands with boundaries <br /> noted; <br /> C. Map utilities, roads, property lines, and existing <br /> structures; <br /> D. Evaluate existing view corridors and prepare map to <br /> illustrate; <br /> E. Prepare map of existing and potential shoreline public <br /> access points and description of factors influencing <br /> public access; <br /> F. Review procedural guidelines in existing master program <br /> and rewrite to bring into compliance with WAC and remove <br /> any ambiguities. <br /> (This work would not be primary research, but taken from existing <br /> information. ) <br /> Task II: Develop goals and objectives and related policies for <br /> shoreline and adjacent land uses addressing the follow- <br /> ing concerns: <br /> A. Environmental designations of shoreline <br />
