12. The Navy shall provide the results of the monitoring program for burrowing organisms to the City of Everett, Washington Department of Ecology and the Corps of Engineers within 30 days after each sampling period. The Navy will perform any remedial action and/or further sampling that is required by the Corps or Department of Ecology. 13. Sewage shall be discharged into the City of Everett sewage system and treated at the City's Waste Water Treatment Facility. 14. The Navy shall implement landscaping consistent with the conceptual landscaping improvements set forth in the Homeport Master Plan. Detailed plans to be reviewed by the City as elements of the Master Plan are developed. 15. Signage identifying the Homeport will be part of the gate facility and not freestanding and shall be designed as depicted in the Navy Homeport's Master Plan. 16. Utilities shall be placed, underground as proposed in the Navy Homeport's Master Plan. 17. The architectural treatment of building and rooflines shall be in general compliance with the conceptual plans set forth in the Master Plan. Specific plans which involve any substantial deviation from the concepts shall be reviewed by the City. 18. Notice shall be given to the Planning Department of the City of Everett at least two (2) weeks prior to the commencement of any dredging and disposal operation. 19.
