12. The Navy shall provide the results of the monitoring program for <br /> burrowing organisms to the City of Everett, Washington Department of <br /> Ecology and the Corps of Engineers within 30 days after each sampling <br /> period. The Navy will perform any remedial action and/or further <br /> sampling that is required by the Corps or Department of Ecology. <br /> 13. Sewage shall be discharged into the City of Everett sewage system and <br /> treated at the City's Waste Water Treatment Facility. <br /> 14. The Navy shall implement landscaping consistent with the conceptual <br /> landscaping improvements set forth in the Homeport Master Plan. <br /> Detailed plans to be reviewed by the City as elements of the Master <br /> Plan are developed. <br /> 15. Signage identifying the Homeport will be part of the gate facility <br /> and not freestanding and shall be designed as depicted in the Navy <br /> Homeport's Master Plan. <br /> 16. Utilities shall be placed, underground as proposed in the Navy <br /> Homeport's Master Plan. <br /> 17. The architectural treatment of building and rooflines shall be in <br /> general compliance with the conceptual plans set forth in the Master <br /> Plan. Specific plans which involve any substantial deviation from <br /> the concepts shall be reviewed by the City. <br /> 18. Notice shall be given to the Planning Department of the City of <br /> Everett at least two (2) weeks prior to the commencement of any <br /> dredging and disposal operation. <br /> 19.
