Resolution No.pN 4Ati Revision to 19th Ave. S.E. Comprehensive Plan Street System WHEREAS, a Local Improvement District (LID) is proposed to provide street improvements for the area between 19th Avenue S.E. and 1-5, north of 112th Avenue S.E. and south of 100th Street S.E. as designated by the 19th Avenue S.E. Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, 101st Street S.E. is undesirable to install as proposed in the 19th Avenue S.E. Area Comprehensive Plan due to its close proximity to the 100th Street S.E. signalized intersection; and WHEREAS, 106th Street S.E. was proposed at two alternative locations in the 19th Avenue S.E. Area Comprehensive Plan with the Planning Commission recommending the northern alignment for the roadway corridor; and WHEREAS, 102nd, 105th, and 106th Street S.E. (northern location) are the east/west streets proposed as part of L.I.D. #727 with the remaining east/west streets being eliminated from the L.I.D. to minimize the costs of the project as this is necessary to secure financing based on the assessed value of the properties in the area; and WHEREAS, other east/west streets may be installed in the future in a manner acceptable to the City of Everett Public Works Department; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning Commission on March 10, 1987, to consider said modifications; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made findings, conclusions, and a recommendation which is hereby attached; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Everett City Council hereby adopts said recommendation that the internal street system as suggested in the 19th Avenue S.E.
