Ervine : <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the above-referenced pro- <br /> posal . The following two items should be given further consideration <br /> during the City ' s review process : <br /> 1 . Off-site impacts to flooding and the flood elevation from the <br /> landfill should be documented. Both impacts from the current pro- <br /> posal and the cumulative loss of flood storage capacity from his- <br /> toric and anticipated landfills in the vicinity should be <br /> estimated. <br /> 2 . RCW 90 . 58 .020 encourages increased recreational opportunities for <br /> the public in shoreline areas . While the preliminary site plan <br /> for the industrial park depicts a "public access point , " the ex- <br /> tent of public access to the shoreline and availability of the <br /> site to the general public is not clear .
