We wish to conduct the same <br /> type of preliminary easement approximately 50 feet along the waterfront for <br /> public access purposes as with similar fill permits along the Snohomish <br /> River. Subsequent to initial development permits forthcoming on the site and <br /> the determination of whether or not the development will be water related or <br /> not, the easement will be intact until such determination is made. At the <br /> time of development we would then come forward with dedication of a 50 foot <br /> corridor for public access along this property through the development permit <br /> as per Shoreline Act 1971. <br /> 0082t:br <br />
