li <br /> 22. The site plan shows a subdivision of the property but the subdivision <br /> is not proposed in this review. The City must approve any <br /> segregation of property through a subdivision/binding site plan <br /> process. <br /> 23. A Hydraulic Project Approval issued by Washington State Department of <br /> Fisheries is required prior to any construction activity below the <br /> ordinary high water mark in surface waters of the state. (RCW <br /> 75.20.110) This would include, but not be limited to, any dredging, <br /> dock construction or outfall placement related to this project . <br /> 24. The applicant shall contact the Washington State Department of Game <br /> once the full extent of eagle use on the site is known and the Game <br /> Department will assist in an eagle management plan as required under <br /> State Bald Eagle Management Rules (RCW 77. 12.655) • <br /> 25. The applicant shall obtain all necessary permits from the Snohomish <br /> County Health District for the placement of construction rubble on <br /> site. <br /> 26. All industry locating within 200 feet of the shoreline on the subject <br /> property must be water dependent. <br /> 27. That filling or substantial progress toward filling of the subject <br /> property must be undertaken within two years after final approval of <br /> the permit, and completed within five years.
