6. Shoreline sites shall have a landscaping plan which is <br /> in scale and harmony with proposed structures and serves <br /> to provide soma screening and buffering of the activities <br /> where this is appropriate. <br /> 7. No shoreline area shall be utilized as a site for dump- <br /> -_ ing or disposing of non-putrescible solid waste material <br /> without acquiring a shoreline permit.; In no case shall <br /> putrescible solid waste be dumped along Everett's shore- <br /> line. <br /> 8. Where .feasible, and where provision for maintenance is <br /> established, new shoreline development shall provide <br /> pedestrian access to the shoreline. This access shall <br /> be designed so as to prevent interference with the con- <br /> duct of the principle activity at the site. In those <br /> instances where public access to the shoreline is pro- <br /> vided, it shall be permanently guaranteed to the public, <br /> through dedication or easement. <br /> 9.
