City of Everett Permit Services: <br /> • Electrical permit C1401 for two circuits was obtained by Mr. Dougherty for Anderson <br /> Upholstery on Sept 25, 1963. <br /> • Utility Service change to meter order 8011 was obtained by Mr. Sherlock for New Antiques <br /> Shop on July 21, 1961. <br /> • Building permit 6177 for reside and paint a residence was obtained by Mr. Anderson on <br /> September 20, 1968. <br /> • Building permit 8440 reroof commercial was obtained by Mr. Anderson on July 24, 1967. <br /> • Utility Service to change from meter to flat rate order 16 1126 was obtained by ABA on July <br /> 14, 1970. <br /> • Certificate of Occupancy for F-2 Retail Sales was issued by City of Everett on June 10, 1974 for <br /> Antiques of the Future. <br /> • Electrical wiring permit for alt 200 amp was obtained by Mr. Anderson on April 28, 1980. <br /> • Inspection report dated July 10, 1980 indicates "must obtain permit for shop". <br /> • Electrical wiring permit for alt 100 amp service for 3-plex was obtained by Mr. Anderson on <br /> February 1, 1982. <br /> • All remaining permits and inspections on file are electrical, pulled by Mr. Anderson through <br /> 1990. <br /> b. Sanborn Insurance Map: Records indicate a 2-story upholstery structure in 1955 with an <br /> attached one story auto. <br /> c. Polk Directory: <br /> • 1956 and 1967: Phone records indicate a vacant building. <br /> • 1976 indicate retail occupancy of an antique store. <br /> • 1977 indicate a vacant building. <br /> • 1982 indicate a single occupant. <br /> • 1984 indicates two occupied apartments. <br /> • 1988 indicates two occupied apartments. <br /> • 1998 indicates one resident, "A-B Not Verified (2 Apts)". <br /> • 1999 indicates three apartments, where one is not verified. <br /> d.
