Hearing scheduled 3-13-08. <br /> VIOLATION CITATION <br /> 2/14/08 Hand delivered VC to Timothy Rehberg @ 12:10 pm. <br /> COMPLIANCE INSPECTIOI <br /> 2/29/08 Received a call from Tim Rehberg stating that he has discussed the <br /> PHONE CALL building issue with Ted and will be making application for variance for <br /> side yard setback. According to Tim the garage was constructed when <br /> building codes allowed 200 sq ft w/o a permit. The building in 190 sq <br /> ft. He said he has discussed this with Ted Budden and they agreed that <br /> a permit is not required but a variance is. Tim said he has also <br /> completed his application for BL. He is with hope he will have all <br /> complete so no hearing will be needed. Extension of time is granted as <br /> long as he continues to make progress getting all issues resolved. <br /> 3/3/08 Received confirmation from Terri Gilbert, City Clerks Office that BL <br /> PHONE CALL application has been received in their office.
