On arrival,we found alarm sounding, small puddle under outside sprinkler drain. We entered using the knox box. The
annunciator stated alarm trouble first floor. On investigation,we could not access but a small portion of the facility with the knox box keys. One door
in the basement at the bottom of the stairway was blocked by wood debris, but we could smell sickly-sweet smoke from behind it. The adjacent door
was locked and we forced it. Behind it was more lingering smoke. This occupancy is a hooka bar with dozens of sofas, many hookas and their
assorted hoses. The smoke appears to be remaining from this room's last use. The sprinkler room was exceedingly difficult to find, but once located,
was in normal operation(no water flowing). There was a new, small leak from the drain-possibly from a surge. The fire alarm was reset successfully
but a system trouble light was on. I spoke with the alarm company who verified it was reset and they were going to notify the account holder of the
trouble.L1 went in service.
