In other words, a permit that is all inclusive (except
for the sprinkler permit). For us to issue this combination permit, we will need to see complete Mechanical
design drawings with detailing and calculations (possibly stamped by a Mechanical Engineer). If you like, we
can change your application to strictly a `Building permit" with the mechanical permit to come later. If you go
that route, we would suggest that you have an understanding of the proposed mechanical design to make
sure that it will work with what you have planned.
Thank You; Steve
From: Chaohua Chang [mailto:cchang03(o)_yahoo.com1
Sent: Monday, November 21, 2011 3:53 PM
To: Steve Miller
Subject: Re: 2701 Wetmore
Steve,
I have notes on the revised plan indicating the mechanical ventilation is required for dwelling units without windows. I
suppose corridor doesn't need ventilation. Therefore, could you more specifically indicate what information of ventilation I
need to provide? Thank you!
