If this is the case,you will be given a written quote for that appointment. • No-shows and late cancellations: • No-shows are defined as patient or provider no-shows. • Late cancellations are defined as less than 24 hours notice. • Rates for no-shows and late cancellations: • Appointments are billed for 1/2 hour,interpreter wait-time or 1/2 of the time requested, whichever is greater,at the designated hourly rate. • If appointments are scheduled for two or more hours,time reserved will be billed. • We bill L&I directly,if services are covered. (Except Sign Language and Non-Certified/Non- Authorized Languages) Additional information for Headset Rentals There are 15 headsets in the case. If the headsets are used for multiple days and being kept on-site, the location that the headsets are left are responsible to ensure they are kept in a secure location.If the headset are lost,stolen or damaged,you will be responsible for fair market value replacement fee. Sign Language Interpreting Minimum Charge Rate Court/Groups/Legal/Mental 2 hour or time requested, $109.75/hr health whichever is greater. All other appointments, 2 hour or time requested, $92.31/hr (Medical,etc) whichever is greater. Same Day Request Rush Fee, $10.00/hr After hours and Weekends Additional information for Sign Language appointments: • Travel time billed at hourly rate,in 15-minute increments. Every effort is made to find the closest qualified interpreter and avoid travel charges. • To combat fatigue and improve accuracy,2 interpreters may be required. • Patient and Provider no-shows and cancellations made with less than two business days are billed for a 2-hour minimum or the amount of time requested and travel time reserved, whichever is greater,at the designated hourly rate.
