October 7, 2015 <br />ACTION ITEMS: <br />EXTERIOR DESIGN CHANGES — TOUCHSTONE HOTEL PROJECT <br />The item, to approve proposed exterior changes to the Touchstone Hotel <br />Project, was pulled from the agenda. <br />RESOLUTION — PURCHASE OF CONTINUOUS DEFECTION <br />SEPARATION UNITS <br />Moved by Council Member Gipson, seconded by Council Member <br />Roberts, to adopt Resolution No. 6904 waiving competitive bidding <br />requirements and authorizing the purchase of four continuous <br />defection separation (CDS) units from Contech Engineered <br />Solutions, LLC in the amount of $112,521.31, including Washington <br />State sales tax. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Moore who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />AGREEMENT — ONLINE EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION SERVICES <br />Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br />Member Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Services <br />Agreement with GovernmentJobs.com.inc., doing business as <br />NEOGOV, for online employment application services in the amount <br />of $32,923.40 including Washington State sales tax. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Moore who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />312 <br />
