October 7, 2015 <br />BID AWARD —ANNUAL HEAVY EQUIPMENT RENTALS <br />Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br />Tuohy, to award Bid 2015-085 for annual heavy equipment rentals to <br />Birch Equipment, Sound Equipment Rentals, Hertz Equipment <br />Rental, United Rentals Northwest, Evergreen Tractor and Darling <br />Sons International, LLC with an estimated expenditure of <br />$200,000.00 not including Washington State sales tax. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Moore who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />BID AWARD — COMMERCIAL DIVING SERVICES <br />Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br />Roberts, to award Bid Call 2015-087 for commercial diving services <br />to Associated Underwater Services in the amount of $158,693.00 <br />including Washington State sales tax. <br />Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br />Member Moore who was excused. <br />Motion carried. <br />BID AWARD — STREET PEDESTRIAN SAFETY PROJECT <br />Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br />Tuohy, to award the bid for the Evergreen Way (SR 99) — Airport <br />Road to 112th Street Pedestrian Safety Project to Kamin's <br />Construction Company, in the amount of $233,268.05. <br />313 <br />
