r� <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br />"Everett Mall Way - 4th Ave to East Mall Drive Intersection <br />Safety," Fund 303, Program 106, to accumulate all costs for the <br />improvement. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Everett is connnitted to a planned traffic intersection safety program; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and obtained funds to construct certain <br />traffic intersection safety improvements; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br />Section 1: <br />A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 106, entitled <br />"Everett Mall Way - 4th Ave to East Mall Drive Intersection Safety," to accumulate all costs for <br />the improvement. <br />Section 2: <br />Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br />Program 106, for the improvement project. <br />Section 3: <br />Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director" or -"City Engineer," under <br />direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and <br />doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br />Section 4: <br />The sum of $548,452 is hereby appropriated to Fuad 303, Progrann 106, "Everett Mall Way - <br />4th Ave to East Mall Drive Intersection Safety," as follows: <br />A.
