PLANNING COMMISSION REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL <br /> Shoreline Substantial Development Permit <br /> SMA #4-84 <br /> Biringer Business Park <br /> February 11 , 1986 <br /> WHEREAS, an application was received by the City of Everett as follows: <br /> Applicant: Karl J. Biringer <br /> P.O. Box 855 <br /> Everett, WA 98206 <br /> Relationship to Property: Owner <br /> Requested Action: Shoreline Substantial Development Permit <br /> Location: On Spencer Island east of Union Slough, <br /> between I-5 and Highway 99. (S.4, T.29 <br /> N, R.5 E. , W.M.) <br /> Project:. To fill 20 to 24 acres of a 32-acre site <br /> to two feet above the 100-year flood <br /> level. The average depth of fill is <br /> approximately 10 feet resulting in a <br /> total fill of approximately 400,000 cubic <br /> yards. The fill would be obtained from . <br /> the upper and lower settling basins in <br /> the Snohomish River or maintenance <br /> dredging of the Snohomish River channel. <br /> The site is proposed for business park <br /> usage after completion of the fill. <br /> 1 Property Size: 32 acres <br /> Fill Area: 20 to 24 acres <br /> Master Program Designation: Urban (Snohomish County Shoreline Master <br /> Program) <br /> Exhibits: <br /> 1 .
