1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT: 2 Section 1 . That the building located at 2006 West Casino Road which is legally described as follows contains conditions which are sub-standard and 3 may endanger the life, limb, health, property, and safety and welfare of the public. 4 Legal description: That portion of the NE 1 /4 of the NW 1/4 5 of Section 14, Township 28 North, Range 4 East, W .M. , described as follows : 6 Beginning at the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of 7 Section 14, and running thence along th8 East line of said NE 1/4 of NW 1 /4 of Section 14, South 0 48' 33" feet; 8 Thence N 87° 54' 56" W 30 feet to the NE corner of the tract herein described and the true point of beginning ; Thence N 9 87 54' 56" W 164 feet; Thence S 0 49' 33" W 635.04 feet; Thence S 87° 54' 56" E 164.18 feet; Thence N 0° 49' 33" E 10 635.04 feet to the true point of beginning; EXCEPT portion conveyed to State of Washington for highway under Auditor' s 11 File No. 2017082; Situate in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State 12 of Washington . 13 Section 2. That the above described building is declared to be a substandard building as is defined in the Uniform Housing Code and a danger= 14 ous building as is defined in the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Danger- ous Buidlings . 15 Section 3. That the Building Official is hereby authorized to have 16 the above described building demolished . 17 Section 4.
