a A CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. „�14 &' A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Everett , Washington, declaring its intention to order the improvement of 3rd Avenue S.E. , from Everett Mall Way, south to 104th Street S. E. , with complete standard street system improvements ; and including a storm water system ; and a 12 inch water line from 50 feet south of North Creek , south to 104th Street ; and an 8 inch water line from 104th Street to 105th Street ; a standard traffic signal system at the intersection with Everett Mall Way ; and property acquisition ; and necessary appurtenances as determined by the City Engineer in connection therewith and to create a local improvement district to assess the cost and expense of carrying out such improvement against the properties specially benefitted thereby, and notifying all persons who desire to object to the improvements to appear and present their objections at a meeting of the City Council to be held on November 13, 1985 , at 8 : 30 a.m. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON, as follows : Section 1 : RCW 35 . 43. 040 provides that the legislative authority of a City may order a local improvement district. Section 2 : It is the intention of the City Council of the City of Everett , Washington, based on RCW 35 . 43. 040, to order the improvement of the following property: See Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. by the construction of : 3rd Avenue S. E. , from Everett Mall Way, south to 104th Street S. E. , with complete standard street system improvements ; and including a storm water system ; and a 12 inch water line from 50 feet south of North Creek, south to 104th Street ; and an 8 inch water line from 104th Street to 105th Street ; a standard traffic signal system at the intersection with Everett Mall Way ; and property acquisition; and necessary appurtenances as determined by the City Engineer in connection therewith.
