•• <br /> FINDINGS AND DECISION <br /> OF THE HEARING EXAMINER OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT <br /> IN THE MATTER OF THE APPEAL OF <br /> CHARLOTTE SEYMOUR <br /> DECISION: The appeal of Charlotte Seymour is denied and the <br /> City of Everett ' s Decision is affirmed. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> • Charlotte Seymour , 2505 - 81st Place S.E. , Everett, Washington , <br /> 98203, and hereinafter referred to as Appellant requested <br /> approval of a Home Occupation Permit for an in-home beauty <br /> salon on property located at 2505 i 81st Place S.E. , Everett, <br /> Washington. The application was made on March 21 , 1985. On <br /> March 22, 1985 , the City of Everett Planning Department denied <br /> the Home Occupation Permit. The Appellant filed an appeal of <br /> the City of Everett Planning Department ' s determination. A <br /> hearing on the appeal was held before the Everett Hearing <br /> Examiner on May 9 , 1985.
