That portion of Harbor Parcel 6 and South Tract as shown on that certain survey <br />for the Port of Everett, as recorded under Auditor's File No. 200209195004, <br />records of Snohomish County, Washington, being a portion of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 25, Township 29 North, Range 4 East, W.M., described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the East Quarter corner of said Section 25 as shown on said <br />survey; thence North 1 000'17" East, along the east line of said Southeast Quarter. <br />a distance of 386.15 feet to the westerly right of way line of the Burlington <br />Northern Railroad Right of Way as shown on said survey; thence Southwesterly, <br />along said right of way, on a curve to the right, which the center of said curve <br />bears North 39°14'09" West, having a radius of 4699.74 feet, an arc length of <br />393.00 feet; thence South 55'33'19" West, along said right of way, a distance of <br />184.98 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence North 34000'58" West, a <br />distance of 152.67 feet; thence North 49036'22" West to the ordinary high water <br />mark; thence Southwesterly along the ordinary high water mark to the westerly <br />right of way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad Right of Way; thence <br />Northeast along said right of way to the True Point of Beginning. <br />is hereby amended from 5.1 (Heavy Industrial) to 2.0 (Parks/Public Open Space.) <br />SECTION 2: Section 7 of Ordinance No. 2705-03 which reads as follows: <br />The land use designation boundary of the Land Use Map of the Everett Comprehensive Plan as <br />adopted by Exhibit A of Ordinance No. 2021-94, for the 5.1 (Heavy Industrial) designated <br />properties generally located south of the navy base, depicted as Area 2 on page 1 of "Exhibit 1," <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby amended so that the waterward <br />boundary follows the outer harbor/pierhead line and the southern boundary is a line <br />perpendicular to the shoreline 200 feet northeast of the centerline of the Pigeon Creek No. 1 <br />culvert outfall. <br />Is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />The boundaries of the 5.1 (Heavy Industrial) land use designation of the Everett Comprehensive <br />Plan Map, as adopted by Exhibit A of Ordinance No. 2021-94, as amended, for the properties <br />generally located from the south end of the Port of Everett South Terminal to the north end of <br />Naval Station Everett, depicted as Area 2 on page 1 of "Exhibit 1," attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference, are hereby described as follows: <br />The North and East Boundaries: <br />The boundaries in effect as of September 1, 2015 for the portions of the area <br />between the points shown as "End of 5.1 Boundary as of 9/1/2015" on Exhibit 1. <br />The Southern Boundary: <br />3 <br />
