That Portion of the Southern Boundary Located West of the BNSF Right -of -Way: That portion of Harbor Parcel 6 and South Tract as shown on that certain survey for the Port of Everett, as recorded under Auditor's File No. 200209195004, records of Snohomish County, Washington, being a portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 29 North, Range 4 East, W.M., described as follows: Commencing at the East Quarter corner of said Section 25 as shown on said survey; thence North 1 000' 17" East, along the east line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 386.15 feet to the westerly right of way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad Right of Way as shown on said survey; thence Southwesterly, along said right of way, on a curve to the right, which the center of said curve bears North 39°14'09" West, having a radius of 4699.74 feet, an arc length of 393.00 feet; thence South 55'33'19" West, along said right of way, a distance of 184.98 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence North 34°00'58" West, a distance of 152.67 feet (describing the fence line separating the Port of Everett south terminal from the public access beach); thence North 49036'22" West to the Washington State Outer Harbor Line.
