Southern Boundary: A line perpendicular to the shoreline that intersects the following point: Beginning at the centerline of the Pigeon Creek No. 1 outfall culvert to Port Gardner Bay where it intersects the northern boundary of the BNSF right-of-way in Section 25, Township 29North, Range 4 East, W.M., then following the northern boundary of the BNSF right-of-way 200 feet to the northeast to the true point of beginning.
