[For example,for a 16- <br /> foot wide temporary crossing,the cost would be$1,500 x 16-foot width x 5 tracks= <br /> $120,000.] <br /> 6. Proposed Schedule <br /> a. Bid Opening May 2"d; [Currently revised to May 16th by Addendum No. 1].After staff <br /> evaluate the bids, including any needed consultations with WSDOT, a recommendation <br /> for award is made to City Council during a City Council meeting,which takes several <br /> weeks to schedule. Bidders are notified of the recommendation and the date of the City <br /> Council meeting. The successful bidder has 20 days after award to execute contract <br /> documents. <br /> b. PUD restrictions for power outages of raised transmission lines. PUD indicated that they <br /> cannot do anything between the months of October and May except the possible power <br /> outage(no dropping of lines). Refer to the specifications for the notifications and <br /> restrictions for requesting PUD to either drop the raised transmission lines or de- <br /> energize the transmission lines. <br /> c.
