Failure to comply with this requirement may render the <br /> Bid non-responsive and may cause its rejection. Replace Sheet No. 52 with attached: Drawing A3.0 has been revised to show <br /> elevation at top of the concrete roof of the control room. <br /> 2. Replace Sheet No. 56 with attached: Drawing A5.0 has been revised to show <br /> revised slotted holes on the perforated panel detail. <br /> 3. Replace Sheet No. 58 with attached: Drawing A5.2 has been revised to include <br /> revisions to SS fasteners and holes for the perforated panels. <br /> CLARIFICATIONS <br /> Question 1 <br /> Is it acceptable to allow burned holes in the plates for the stairs and walkway? <br /> Answer — Burning holes in the structural members and steel plates on the bridge, stairs, and <br /> walkway are not allowed. <br /> Question 2 <br /> Regarding the fittings, restraints, caps and lining of the 4" and 6" ductile iron pipes used for <br /> deck run-off on sheets S9.01 to S9.05: <br /> Answer — Mechanical joint plugs/caps with max. tap can be used for cleanouts on tees and <br /> wyes.
