Please call out COE Standard Drawing 308 and show the <br /> detailed revision with grades to meet compliance. Alternative —COE Standard Drawing 307 if the <br /> back of walk grades work with this type of driveway. <br /> 2. In response to your comment #6: "The inf ltration trenches have been separated and designed to <br /> each serve less than S,OOOsf of impervious surfaces. This will allow only 1 foot of required <br /> separation from the bottom of the washed rock of the infiltration trench to the seasonal ground water <br /> elevation. See sheet 2 of the drainage plans," PGIS requires 3' separation from the bottom of the <br /> washed rock to the seasonal high groundwater, regardless of the size of the area draining to the <br /> trench. See Jane's markups on Sheet 2 of the pfans, 7/27/2015. <br /> 3. Drainage Report Page 9: Scction 7, paragraphs 1 and 3: See City manual chapter 93.4, Step 4 —"I'his <br /> analysis must be conducted for this site; especially the depth to hardpan/seasonal high groundwater. <br /> See drainage report markups by Jane 7/27/2015. <br /> 4.
