2. Existing Drainage <br />The project is a redevelopment of the current parking lot within the Community Transit maintenance facility. <br />The total property is approximately 18.1 acres in size. It contains 13.5 acres of paved area and 4.6 acres of <br />surrounding grass or wetland area. The parking lot and maintenance facility are bordered by wetlands to the <br />southwest, south, and east of the paved site at the southern boundary (see the Critical Area Review provided <br />by GeoEngineers under separate cover). Along the northern boundary runs Kasch Park Road to the west and <br />east. The topography of the site slopes generally from west to east. However, it is generally flat within the <br />paved area of the site. <br />Refer to Appendix A for an existing conditions site map. <br />3. Conditions and Requirements Summary <br />Both the SMMWW and the SMM were consulted to confirm the minimum requirements.
