1 Lot 13, Block 3, North Beverly Park Division No. 2, EXCEPT the <br /> Southeasterly 96 feet thereof, as per plat recorded in Volume 10 of Plats <br /> 2 on page 46, records of Snohomish County, State of Washington. <br /> 3 <br /> Section 2: That the above-described building is hereby declared to be a <br /> 4 <br /> substandard building as is defined in the Uniform Housing Code and a dangerous building <br /> 5 <br /> as is defined in the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. <br /> 6 <br /> Section 3: That the Building Official is hereby authorized to have the <br /> 7 <br /> above-described building demolished. <br /> 8 <br /> Section 4: That the occupant of the above-described building has not vacated <br /> 9 <br /> the building in accordance with the Order and Notice to Vacate, issued by the Building <br /> 10 <br /> Official. The City Council hereby authorizes the City Attorney's Office to institute <br /> 11 <br /> necessary legal proceedings to vacate the building.
