_ I <br /> RESOLUTION NO. .›z/efO <br /> A RESOLUTION repealing Resolution No. 2464 and replacing it <br /> with this Resolution segregating an assessment for ULID No. 1, <br /> formerly LID No. 707. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owner(s) of property <br /> known as Treasurer's Account No. 0006 and 0007 in ULID Roll No. 1, formerly LID No. <br /> 707, to segregate the assessment of said Treasurer's Account No. 0006 and 0007 into <br /> separate assessments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to provide <br /> adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable against the <br /> undivided parcels of property; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 provide a method of <br /> segregating a tract of land in a ULID into smaller parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said ULID and the City of Everett to <br /> segregate said Treasurer's Account No. 0006 and 0007 into the separate parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, the one hundred and twenty dollars ($120.00), as required by Ordinance <br /> No. 299-74, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered <br /> herein; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 930-83, adopted March 17, 1983, adopted the Final <br /> Assessment Roll for ULID No. 1, formerly LID No. 707, and said Final Assessment Roll <br /> was appealed to Superior Court in Cause No. 83-2-01284-6 resulting in an order placing <br /> restrictions on development and modifying the assessment of Treasurer's Account No. <br /> 0006 and 0007; and <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2464 segregated the original assessment amount for <br /> Treasurer's Account No. 0006 and 0007; and <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2464 did not accurately reflect the total outstanding <br /> lien on Treasurer's Account No. 0006 and 0007; and <br /> WHEREAS, the LID liens on Treasurer's Account No. 0006 and 0007 were not <br /> current when Resolution No. 2464 was adopted as required by subdivision regulations; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed plats of Edgemoor Heights, Harbor Ridge, and Willow <br /> Creek encompass all of the land in Treasurer's Account No. 0006 and 0007. The original <br /> assessment amount totals for Treasurer's Account No. 0006 is $13,000 and for <br /> Treasurer's Account No. 0007 is $52,000 for a total original assessment of $65,000; and <br /> I � <br />
