WHEREAS, the percentage of the total original assessments for Treasurer's
<br /> Account No. 0006 and 0007 for the proposed Plat of Edgemoor Heights is 17.0% of the
<br /> $65,000, or $11,050.00 is the proportionate share of the $65,000 original assessment;
<br /> Harbor Ridge is 15.0% of the $65,000, or $9,750 is the proportionate share of the
<br /> $65,000 original assessment; Willow Creek is 68.0% of the $65,000, or $44,200 is the
<br /> proportionate share of the $65,000 original assessment; and
<br /> WHEREAS, two (2) years interest and one (1) year penalty is due on Treasurer's
<br /> Account No. 0006 and 0007 amounting to $18,974.43. When the $18,974.43 is added to
<br /> �
<br /> � ,•Whe $65,00000 principal on Treasurer's Account No. 0006 and 0007, the total payoff
<br /> 4.'
<br /> amount due is $83,974.43 for ULID No. 1, Treasurer's Account No. 0006 and 0007. Said
<br /> $83,974.43 is the payoff figure until April 25, 1985; provided, however, Snohomish
<br /> County Cause No. 83-2-01284-6 requires that there is an $812.00 per lot charge for each
<br /> lot created on Treasurer's Account No. 0006 in excess of the first 16 exempted lots; and
<br /> WHEREAS, acceptance of the proposed Plat of Harbor Ridge is subject to 15.0%
<br /> ($12,596.17) of the $83,974.43 payoff figure and the proposed Plat of Edgemoor Heights
<br /> is subject to 17.0% ($14,275.65) of the $83,974.43 payoff figure; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the proposed Plat of Harbor Ridge is a portion of Treasurer's Account
<br /> No. 0006 and contains 12 lots and the proposed Plat of Edgemoor Heights is partially
<br /> within Treasurer's Account No. 0006 and 34 of the lots within Edgemoor Heights are
<br /> located on a portion of Treasurer's Account No. 0006. Twelve lots plus 34 lots equals 46
<br /> total lots on Treasurer's Account No. 0006. Forty-six lots minus the 16 exempted lots
<br /> equals 30 lots subject to the $812.00 per lot charge, or an extra charge of $24,360.00
<br /> payable to the city prior to acceptance of the Plat of Edgemoor Heights; and
<br /> WHEREAS, Edgemoor Heights encompasses all of Treasurer's Account No. 0018,
<br /> and said Treasurer's Account No. 0018 is not being segregated; however, there is an
<br /> outstanding amount due of $5,388.04; and
<br /> WHEREAS, acceptance of the proposed Plat of Edgemoor Heights is subject to
<br /> payment of $5,388.04; however, the remaining LID lien on Treasurer's Account No.
<br /> 0018 may be amortized for the entire LID bonding period with an additional $2,479.30
<br /> interest and $1,103.39 principal due prior to April 25, 1985; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the proposed Plat of Willow Creek is located entirely within
<br /> Treasurer's Account No. 0007 and acceptance of the proposed Plat of Willow Creek is
<br /> subject to 68.0% ($57,102.61) of the $83,974.43 payoff figure.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> EVERETT:
<br /> Section 1: Resolution No. 2464 is hereby repealed.
<br /> Section 2: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the 1
<br /> original Modified Assessment Roll ULID No. 1, formerly LID No. 707.
