scope and use of said Joint Easement, and the covenants peri-aining <br />thereto, are hereinafter set forth. <br />4. Said Joint Easement is a non-exclusive easement for the <br />benefit of Parcels A and B, and is for the purpose of ingress, <br />egress, utilities and parking over, under, and across the property <br />described in the Joint Easement for the benefit of Parcels A and <br />B, but is subject to the covenants hereinafter sett forth which are <br />imposed upon the said Parcels A and B, and are covenants running <br />with each of the respective lands. <br />5. Parcels A and B, and their respective owners, successors <br />and assigns, are herewith subjected to the following restrictions <br />and covenants, which shall run with their respective lands, to -wit: <br />A. Except as provided in paragraph 5-B, the Joint <br />Easement will be utilized only for the purpose of <br />ingress, egress, utilities and parking, together <br />with landscaping, striping, sign posting, and <br />lighting incidental thereto, and such other <br />incidental uses as are consistent with the foregoing <br />and reasonably related thereto, and only for the <br />benefit of Parcels A and B, and for no other <br />purposes without the written consent of the owners <br />of both Parcels A and B. <br />B.
