Annexation <br /> Recommendation: A process should be developed that would involve the City, the <br /> County, the appropriate school districts, and involved citizens in a thorough <br /> consideration of annexation by Everett to the south. <br /> Consideration for annexation should be in three general stages, with the following <br /> boundaries: <br /> 1. Current City limits to 132nd and from I-5 west to Puget Sound. <br /> 2. From current City limits to 132nd east of I-5 to 51st extended. <br /> 3. South to 164th from Puget Sound on the west and 251st on the east. <br /> Final Considerations <br /> Observation: Problem identification in this report has been three fold: (1) identify <br /> real problems, weaknesses and difficulties; (2) determine a sampling of the <br /> community's reputation within the region; and (3) sample Everett's self esteem. <br />
