They didn ' t disagree with the <br /> findings of the staff report. <br /> Grant Griffin , General Manager of Dagmars , 8211 - 8th Avenue N.E. , <br /> Seattle stated they wanted consistency within the area . He feels <br /> comfortable with the recommendations of the planning staff . <br /> C . Moser made a Motion to close the public hearing . B. Hummel <br /> seconded the Motion. All Commissioners present agreed to close the <br /> public hearing . <br /> B. Hummel made a Motion that Sea-land Assoc . , Inc. (Dinasour Salvag(_ ) <br /> Shoreline Permit #5-83 be approved with the findings as amended at <br /> the hearing . G. Shaffer seconded the Motion . <br /> The amended changes are as follows : <br /> Condition #12 should read, "that the salvage stored on-site should L. <br /> limited to a height of 10 feet from Ross Avenue to a point 100 feet <br /> south of Ross Avenue with a maximum height of stored salvage <br /> materials being 16 feet on the remainder of the site" . All <br /> Commissioners present agreed to the wording change . Also Mr . Bowers <br /> was in agreement to the wording change . <br /> Condition #13 .
