O' 3 7js. <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing application for 1984 Community Development block <br /> Grant funds to the Department of Housing and Urban Development under the <br /> Housing and Urban-Rural Recovery Act of 1983. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett recognized the <br /> need for certain housing and community development programs in Everett, and <br /> WHEREAS, funds have been made available through the Housing <br /> Urban-Rural Recovery Act of 1983 to provide for those programs and it is <br /> estimated that Everett is entitled to receive $776,000 in 1984, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Citizens Advisory Committee for Housing and Community <br /> Development has studied the housing and community development needs and <br /> priorities of Everett and has made its recommendations for 1984 Community <br /> Development Block Grant funds, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett has reviewed the <br /> recommendations of the above committee. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT THAT: <br /> I.
