1 ° <br /> 1. This is a maximum figure, not a flat contract price. <br /> 2. If the Department of Housing and Urban Development reduced <br /> the estimates allocation up to 6%, then each item will be <br /> reduced that amount. If a reduction of greater than &% <br /> occurs, then the City Staff is instructed to revise the <br /> budget and request approval from the Citizen's Advisory <br /> Committee for Housing and Community Development and <br /> subsequent approval from City Council. <br /> II. The Mayor is hereby authorized to make formal application to the <br /> U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for funding <br /> assistance in accordance with this Resolution. <br /> III. Any funding assistance so received in 1984 be used for the above <br /> projects. <br /> IV. This Resolution become part of the formal application to the U.
