July 26, 2017 <br /> Festival, sponsored by Everett Sausage Fest — Our Lady of Perpetual <br /> Help Booster Club. <br /> STREET CLOSURE — 10TH ANNUAL NIGHT OUT AGAINST <br /> CRIME <br /> To authorize the closure of the alley parking lot (behind 3006 Rucker <br /> Avenue) on August 1, 2017, from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., for the 10th Annual <br /> Night Out Against Crime sponsored by Structural Design Associates, <br /> Inc. <br /> STREET CLOSURE — BLOCK PARTY <br /> To authorize the closure of a portion of 10th Street between Rucker <br /> Avenue and Grand Avenue on August 19, 2017, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., <br /> for a block party sponsored by a local neighborhood. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except council <br /> members Roberts, Moore, and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> RESOLUTION — VACATION OF A PORTION OF SEAWAY BOULEVARD <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to adopt a Resolution No. 7147 initiating and setting August 23, <br /> 2017, 12:30 p.m., as the date and time of the public hearing for the <br /> proposed vacation of a portion of Seaway Boulevard lying south of <br /> 75th Street SW for the Seaway Transit Center project. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except council <br /> members Roberts, Moore, and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 246 <br />
