July 26, 2017 <br /> AGREEMENT —ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, to authorize the Mayor to sign a professional services <br /> agreement in the form substantially provided with Alternative <br /> Technologies, LLC to provide asbestos abatement services for the <br /> Evergreen Branch Library Expansion project in an amount not to <br /> exceed $19,040. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except council <br /> members Roberts, Moore, and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1707-27 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE extending the termination of the Multiple Family <br /> Property Tax Exemption Program until January 1, 2019, amending <br /> Section 16 or Ordinance No. 2347-98, as amended <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Bader, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council <br /> Bill No. 1707-27. <br /> Allan Giffen, Planning, stated he provided requested information to all <br /> council members, and he is available to answer any questions. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> AYES: Murphy, Franklin, Bader, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Roberts, Moore, Stonecipher <br /> Ordinance No. 3555-17 adopted. <br /> 247 <br />
